Just to remember..Binfen (also known as Hezarfen or Hazarfen Ahmet Celebi) was a courageous scientist who flew with a self-constructed glider over Bosphorus in the 17th century.
Binfen 2005 Remix, a mini 6-trax-album is despite its name not a remix in technical sense. It's a new re-composed version of 6 original themes full of fresh addings. There are some musical hints to the originals. The bigger part is new crisp electronic beats, multi-layered original Murat Ses samples, all in a gorgeous aural setting.
Murat's San Francisco/Miami and New York impressions this time find their way into his decades long musical journey into Anatolian, Levantine and Turkic composing styles i.e. Anadolu Pop and Electric Levantine (a more experimental application of Anadolu Pop, he is also creator of).
